1. Appointments and Reservations
    1.1. Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
    1.2. We recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and service.
    1.3. A valid credit card or gift certificate number is required at the time of booking to hold your                    reservation.

 

2. Cancellation Policy
    2.1. We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment,        please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
    2.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of      the service cost.
    2.3. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

 

3. Arrival
    3.1. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary          paperwork and to prepare for your treatment.
    3.2. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next scheduled                        appointment.

 

4. Health and Wellness
    4.1. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your service at the      time of booking.
    4.2. Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions. Your safety        and comfort are our top priority.

 

5. Personal Belongings
    5.1. Sur La Mer Spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
    5.2. We recommend leaving valuable items at home or in a secure place during your visit.

 

6. Payments
    6.1. We accept cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.
    6.2. Full payment is required at the time of service.
    6.3. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

7. Gift Certificates
    7.1. Gift certificates are available for purchase and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
    7.2. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    7.3. Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.

 

8. Conduct
    8.1. We strive to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests. We kindly request that you        speak softly and respect the privacy of others.
    8.2. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service, and the full-service      fee will be charged.

 

9. Privacy
    9.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use,      and protect your personal information.

 

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
      10.1. Sur La Mer Spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes        will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
      10.2. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes your acceptance of any modifications        to these terms and conditions.
